Why am I not getting login screen after logout from vnc session ?

Issue

Is it possible to allow 'logout/login' from VNC remote session ?
VNC is configued and working with Gnome without any problems. The only problem is that when a user connect with VNC, Gnome comes up and it is always logged in with specific user on the server.
If the user logout from vnc session, everything disappears except the Gnome wallpaper.

Tigervnc
