Will Puppet Smart Classes and ENC be integrated?

  1. Does Satellite serve as a hiera back-end?
  2. What can Smart (Class Parameters/Variables) do that Hiera cannot, or vice-versa?
  3. Does RH have a general recommendation of using Smart Classes or Hiera?
