Issue

ntpd could not write to /etc/ntp.conf or /etc/sysconfig/network, receiving message "configuration unchanged"
In GUI window, I'm receiving the following error:

Couldn't write either /etc/ntp.conf or /etc/sysconfig/network.  Configuration unchanged.

Red Hat Enterprise Linux [RHEL] 6.1
