DTGov with PostGresql 9.2 gives error "org.postgresql.util.PSQLException: Large Objects may not be used in auto-commit mode"
Issue
When Fuse Service Work's DTGov is configured with PostGresql 9.2, the error "org.postgresql.util.PSQLException: Large Objects may not be used in auto-commit mode" is seen and an artifact does not properly promote.
