Request for addition, modification, deletion, account privilege modification of RHN user login .

Solution Verified - Updated -

Issue

  • Request for the ability to delete RHN users or change the existing SSO
  • We have a number of duplicate user accounts on RHN. This is because end users within our company sometimes create a new RHN account, using their company e-mail addresses as SSO logins, but do not associate the RHN account to the company customer account.
  • We have created an internal tool which enables end-users internally to request RHN user accounts are created against the company customer account (which requires org admin privileges).
  • We would like to be able to either change the SSO on the non-company user account or to be able to delete the non-company account completely.
  • I would like the ability to completely delete an RHN user (rather than deactivating the user) or to change an existing user's SSO login.
