Is it possible to recovery corrupted rpmrc file?
Every rpm command is failing due a corrupted rpmrc file?
Trying to install or upgrade packages using yum or rpm give the following error:

error: Unable to open /usr/lib/rpm/rpmrc for reading: No such file or directory.
