Why does resolv.conf not distribute name resolution when the response is NXDOMAIN?
Issue
- resolv.conf option rotate not working properly when the response is NXDOMAIN from the first DNS server.
- If the local resolver receives NXDOMAIN as a response from first DNS server it stops communicating other DNS servers in the list
