Issue
Upgrades of the RHEL OSP Installer are not supported between versions 5.0.0 to 5.0.1 and 5.0.1 to 5.0.2.
Running yum update -y will result in issues, please open a support case if you have already done this.

- Red Hat Enterprise Linux Openstack Platform 5
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux Openstack Platform installer 5.0.0 (GA3) , 5.0.1 (A1) & 5.0.2 (A2)
- staypuft packages older than ruby193-rubygem-staypuft-0.3.9-2.el6ost .
