satellite-sync command throws the error: LOGGING.CLEAR_LOG_ID' must be declared
Issue
- When trying to execute satellite-sync it throws the error below:
# satellite-sync -l
19:25:55 ERROR: Can't connect to the database: (6550, "ORA-06550: line 1, column 7:\n
