Network interfaces does not start at boot

Issue

Rebooting the machine configured network interfaces does not start.
If configured manually using ifconfig commands they start successfully

The output of a network restart is the following:

# service network restart
Shutting down interface eth0:  [  OK  ]
Shutting down interface eth5:  [  OK  ]
Shutting down loopback interface:  [  OK  ]
Bringing up loopback interface:  [  OK  ]
Bringing up interface bond0:  [  OK  ]
Bringing up interface bond1:  [  OK  ]
Bringing up interface bond2:  [  OK  ]

Environment
