  • getting the following in /var/log/messages, or similar:

sd 0:0:0:7: [sdN] Sense Key : Medium Error [current]

sd 0:0:0:7: [sdN] CDB: Read(10): 28 00 00 00 00 20 00 01 00 00

  • what does "unhandled" mean in this context?
