Issue

Contrary to the note in 2.1.2.2 of the OSP 5 manual install guide, I am unable to find cloud-init package in the rhel-7-server-rh-common-rpms repo. I was able to find cloud-init in the corresponding RHEL 6 repo for a RHEL 6.5 guest. I need cloud-init for RHEL 7. Where can I find it?
