Why does ksh shell fail with "Interrupt (core dumped)" while exiting?
Issue
- Logout from ksh shell fails with 'core dump' :
$ su - kshuser
$ <--- ^C pressed
$ <--- ^D pressed
Interrupt (core dumped)
