'Close' button missing on the RHEV Console Client Resources page

Issue

Using thin clients for RHEV that are configured in "Appliance Mode" to make the experience simple for users. When in appliance mode, the address bar (URL bar) and min/max/close buttons are not shown. Once logged into the UserPortal, if the user clicks the "Console Client Resources" link a new full-screen window is launched. Without a "Close" button on this page, this new full screen window is unable to be closed.
