What is spm-lock.log file on RHEV Hypervisor?
Issue
Sometimes there is spm-lock.log file available on RHEV Host at /var/log/vdsm/.
Sometimes it is not there and it does not show up after vdsmd restart.
What is this log file?
Who creates it and when?
