The yum with --installroot option does not work when subscription-manager plugin is enabled ?
Issue
- When system has been registered using subscription-manager, yum with
--installrootoption does not work,
# yum install xz --installroot=/diskless
Loaded plugins: downloadonly, product-id, security, subscription-manager
This system is receiving updates from Red Hat Subscription Management.

Error: Nothing to do
