Issue

Add Host failed with the following error message:

Error while executing action: Cannot add Host. Host with the same address already exists.

And

Error while executing action: Cannot add Host. The Host name is already in use, please choose a unique name and try again

Red Hat Enterprise Virtualization Hypervisor release 6.5 (20140725.0.el6ev)
Red Hat Enterprise Linux hosts.
