Websphere MQ vs Active-MQ
Issue
-
We recently found a white paper that compares IBM Websphere MQ 7.5 and Apache ActiveMQ 5.9 developed by the Edison Group in collaboration with IBM http://whywebsphere.com/2014/05/30/wmqvsamq/ .
The report questions the failover capability of ActiveMQ. They experienced loss of messages in a network failure scenario but concluded this way: "ActiveMQ lost or duplicated messages during “power outage” and “network failure” scenarios.
What is Red Hat's opinion/feedback on this report and specially on the "network disruption" case? -
Does Red Hat have any response to the paper this white paper http://theedison.com/pdf/Edison_IBM_WebSphere_MQ_vs_ActiveMQ_White_Paper.pdf comparing Websphere-MQ to Active-MQ
