Why does anaconda storage.log contain the message like "Suggested swap size (xxxx M) exceeds 10 % of disk space, using 10 % of disk space (0 M) instead." ?

Issue

While using custom kickstart partitioning, anaconda's storage.log contains the following line.

storage.log:14:17:38,224 INFO blivet: Suggested swap size (xxxx M) exceeds 10 % of disk space, using 10 % of disk space (0 M) instead.

The swap partition is created but not activated, is there any problem with anaconda while handling the custom partitioning?
