How to configure vxlan across RHEL6.5

Issue

• Here is the set-up:

On m4-5 (client):
eth3->testvxlan100->testbr0<-veth1-veth2

On m4-8 (server):
eth3->testvxlan100->br0<-veth1-veth2

Also on m4-8 a VM is connected to testbr0:

eth3->testvxlan100->br0<-vnet2

[m4-8 ~]# brctl show br0
bridge name bridge id       STP enabled interfaces
br0     8000.5e8d8fa96c2d   no      testvxlan100
                            veth1
                            vnet0
                            vnet1
