Why the jboss-client.jar or jboss-as-client-all.jar is missed within the maven repository

Issue

why there is no representation for bin/jboss-client.jar in maven for development
"jboss-as-client-all" artifact seems to be missing in EAP 6.3.0 maven repository.
The downloadable EAP6.2 maven repository contain the jboss client artifact as following, but why it is missed in EAP6.3
jboss-eap-6.2.0.GA-maven-repository/org/jboss/as/jboss-as-client-all/7.3.0.Final-redhat-14/
Why it is not recommended or possible to have the jboss-client.jar available in the maven repository for use
