How to protect WSDL with Http Basic Authentication through JAAS

Solution In Progress - Updated -

Issue

I am running a camel route in JBoss Fuse, with Camel-CXF as a consumer endpoint, using the Provider route mechanism. The route is secured with SSL and HTTP Basic Authentication using JAASLoginInterceptor and SimpleAuthorizingInterceptor interceptors.

Now I want to secure WSDL on the camel-cxf consumer endpoint with HTTP Basic Authentication, similarly going through JAAS.

Currently the WSDL is always accessible, without any need to specify credentials.

Is there a way to secure the WSDL with HTTP Basic Authentication through JAAS?

Environment

  • JBoss Fuse 6.0;
  • JBoss Fuse 6.1.
