Am I able to switch networks on a running VM (hot-plug network) in RHEV?

Issue

• Since the start-up time of a VM sometimes can be quite long (starting a DB etc), we would like to start up the VM on an isolated network and then when the VM is fully up and running, switch it to the production network.
• The request is about being able to switch logical networks on a running VM in the RHEV-M GUI.
