Does Dashbuilder table allows customization of each cell to act as hyperlink ?

Issue

• Is there a way for enabling a hyperlink on a cell's value in Dashbuilder table , clicking which would open a file with save or open dialogue box? Visually it should look something like this , when clicked on this hiperlink on a cell in the table , based on the selected value in the cell, It should point to a folder/file and open/save option should appear.
