RHEL guest's installation onto the logical volume on the lun provided by Dell Equallogic fails.
Issue
- RHEL guest's installation onto the logical volume on the lun provided by Dell Equallogic fails with the following error when the option [cache=none] is specified.

An error occurred mounting device /dev/mapper/vg_aaa-lv_root as /: mount failed: (9, None). This is a fatal error and the install cannot continue.
- Installation onto the same device with the option [cache=writeback] does not fail. Successfully completes.
- Why does it fail only when [cache=none] is specified? [cache=writeback] is not relevant as we do need to have it [cache=none] so that virtual machine's live migration would be available.
Environment
