Red Hat Certificate System, how to restrict wildcard certificate or subject name?

How to restrict wildcard certificate, or subject DN, or subject name in a certificate with Red Hat Certificate System?
We do not want to accept wildcard certificate request but reject it. e.g, for example: CN=*.
