Cluster service fails to start when fail over to another node on Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5.2

May  3 01:00:18  clurgmgrd[10107]: <notice> Starting stopped service service:orasv
May  3 01:00:18  avahi-daemon[9584]: Registering new address record for xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx on bond0.
May  3 01:00:19  in.rdiscd[13743]: setsockopt (IP_ADD_MEMBERSHIP): Address already in use
May  3 01:00:19  in.rdiscd[13743]: Failed joining addresses
