Unit testing fails if there are mutiple blueprint xml files present

Issue

  • We are doing unit testing extending the CamelBlueprintTestSupport and have multiple blueprint files in the OSGI bundle.
  • A new method has been added into CamelBlueprintTestSupport called - expectBlueprintContainerReloadOnConfigAdminUpdate. which does not support multiple blueprint descriptors
