Issue

With packstack from OSP5 beta packages the databases for the different service got created automatically when configure an external DB server and set CONFIG_MYSQL_INSTALL=n .

With the packstack version in RHEL6.5 OSP5 GA the DBs do not get created automatically. We upgraded Packstack to GA version:

openstack-packstack-puppet-2014.1.1-0.36.dev1220.el6ost.noarch
openstack-packstack-2014.1.1-0.36.dev1220.el6ost.noarch
openstack-packstack-doc-2014.1.1-0.36.dev1220.el6ost.noarch

This is how we execute Packstack:

packstack --timeout=1800 --debug --answer-file=packstack.txt

And this is the error we get:
