The scp command from CLI management tool is not working in EPP 5.2.0

Issue

• I installed the CLI management tool that comes with EPP 5.2.0 accordingly with documentation and when I try to execute a simple scp command I have the error Connection to localhost closed by remote host or Write failed: Broken pipe and I see the exception below in EPP logs:

java.lang.IllegalStateException: No match found
    at java.util.regex.Matcher.group(Matcher.java:468)
