Why is clustered qpid broker restart stalled?
Issue
I have a two AMQP / qpid broker cluster with almost identical setup. When both brokers are running, I shut down the first one and try to start it again. The startup never finishes and the broker is stalled - any connection attempt to it is timeouted.
Environment
- MRG Messaging (any version)
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5 or 6
