AIX client randomly fails to connect to RHEL server
Issue
- An AIX client is unable to consistently make a TCP connection to a RHEL server. Sometimes the connection works fine, but other times the RHEL server appears to ignore the connection request or takes longer than expected to respond.
Environment
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux
- AIX 6.1 or greater
