"clusvcadm -F -e" fails with "#66: Domain <domain> specified for resource group service:<service> nonexistent!" in a RHEL 5 or 6 High Availability cluster
Issue
- The following command
clusvcadm -e <service_name> -Ffails with an error message saying domain nonexistent but starts successfully when the-Foption is omitted:
clurgmgrd[56699]: <warning> #66: Domain 'foo_domain' specified for resource group service:service_name nonexistent!
Environment
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) 5 or 6 with the High Availability Add On
rgmanager- Either the domain specified for the service does not exist in
/etc/cluster/cluster.conf, or the<failoverdomains>section is not contained within the<rm>block
