Bind zone fails to load due to "journal out of sync with zone" error
Issue

A DNS zone is not loaded by the BIND
namedservice, which causes the zone to become unavailable. -
The system logs show the following error for the affected zone:
zone [<zone-name>]/IN: journal rollforward failed: journal out of sync with zone
