rpc.statd binding to port 636 (normally reserved for ldap protocol over TLS/SSL) on RHEL5.5
Issue
- rpc.statd is binding to TCP port 636 (normally reserved for ldap protocol over TLS/SSL) which causes the ldap servers to not start due to "port already reserved" errors.
