Why is CloudForms 3.0 not gathering any performance data?

Issue

I can see all Hypervisor information (login is verified) for RHEV, VMware and OpenStack, but there seems to be no performance data gathered.

For Example:
Infrastructure -> Virtual Machines -> Click on a VM
When I go to monitoring, the Utilization is greyed out. Timeline is ok.
Also, all 'Right Size' show 'Not Available' for information
For Clusters, i get 'No performance data available for the selected item'
All reports generated show 'No records for this report'

CF has been installed and running for over 3 months.
We see all VM's in all environments, and successfully provision systems.
