Gnome fails to start up with a gnome-session error message.
Issue
Gnome gives a following error message into /var/log/messages file and fails to start up.
gnome-session[9007]: Pango-WARNING: error opening config file '/var/li b/gdm/.pangorc': Permission denided#012
