How to identify which version of EAP and EPP are installed?

Issue

We wish to be able to identify which version of EAP and EPP is installed by analysing files. As we require this for auditing installation.
We would prefer not to rely on the server.log or boot.log and for the software to be identified using ISO/IEC 19770-2: Software identification tag. as we are using a software discovery tool which is able to read tags in this format.
