ldapsearchworks- user authentication does not work

/var/log/messages:nslcd[2526]: [7b23c6] failed to bind to LDAP server ldaps://<ldapserver>/: Can't contact LDAP server nslcd[2526]: [7b23c6] no available LDAP server found, sleeping 1 seconds
