A process keeps respawning every minute, since the PID changes regularly it cannot be killed, what can be done in this situation ?

A process named 'dr_menu' keeps changing its PID regularly and cannot be killed.

Even if its killed after checking the PID, it seems to be present on the machine with another PID. What can be done in this case ?
