Server rebooted after LUN rescan
Issue
- Server was rebooted after following commands were used to scan the LUNs.
echo "- - -" > /sys/class/scsi_host/host0/scan
echo "- - -" > /sys/class/scsi_host/host1/scan
echo "- - -" > /sys/class/scsi_host/host2/scan
