Copying projects between workspace in JBoss Developer Studio/Eclipse

Issue

• what is the best way to move a project from A to B workspace with all jars, libraries and settings to go along as well.
• Is there anyway to tell the newly moved project to attach itself to a existing Runtime or do I have to manually configure that.
