How do I configure windows to be visible on all virtual desktops in RHEL6?
Issue
- Set a window to be on all desktops, so as virtual desktops are changed the window will still be visable, and pinned in the configured location. Some applications like pidgin are not remembered by gnome as the conversations change.

- Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) 6
