VDSM daemon failed to restart after an hardware replacemant

Issue

• Looking at the status of the vdsm daemon:

/etc/init.d/vdsmd status
VDS daemon is not running, but its watchdog is

• Trying to manually start the vdsm daemon:

/etc/init.d/vdsmd restart
Shutting down vdsm daemon: 
vdsm watchdog stop                                         [  OK  ]
vdsm: not running                                          [FAILED]
vdsm: libvirt already configured for vdsm                  [  OK  ]
