Change the default setting for Console Options in RHEV Manager

Issue

• Default setting for Console Invocation is Browser Plugin, it can be changed to Auto, but why it needs to be done for every Virtual Machine?
• This should either be a per user setting or a per virtual machine setting, as it is inconvenient to apply it for each VM.
