ETL Reports error when a Single Host in setup is Non-Responsive

Issue

• Since upgrading from RHEV 3.1 to 3.2, I am getting this error from the WebUI:

ETL service sampling has encountered an error. Please consult the service log for more details

• /var/log/ovirt-engine/ovirt-engine-dwhd.log contains the following errors :
