[Satellite 6.1 & 6.2] Last sync date is not getting updated in webui for the sync plans

Solution Verified - Updated -

Issue

  • Can see that the repository sync is getting executed by pulp in /var/log/messages
  • Last sync date is not getting updated in Content -> Sync Plans, select sync plan name, tab Products, column Sync status
  • No 'Sync_complete' in production.log

Environment

  • Satellite 6.1 with default Red Hat Satellite self-signed certificates.
  • Satellite 6.2 with default Red Hat Satellite self-signed certificates.
