Why are failures to start or live migrate a VM due to lack of resources not logged to the Events tab?
Issue

If a VM is requested to start in or live migrate to a host where there are insufficient resources to hold the VM, the live migrations fails and the corresponding error message is presented in webadmin portal or returned in the API call.

Administrators of the RHV environment can not currently know about these conditions since they are only reported to the requester or requestor.

Why are these errors not logged to the
Eventstab of RHV-M?
