Satellite 6 Role Based Access are not properly documented

Issue

• Want to assign restricted roles to our users. The predefined roles are not clearly documented. The predefined roles appear to be insufficient.

• Checking the status of sync jobs is something that should not require full "administrator" privileges. Although even with all predefined roles assigned to a user that user is still unable to consult the sync status. Only with the administrator check box checked a user is granted access to the sync status.
