Why am I getting "reload ioctl failed" when using LVM commands?
Issue
- attempts to use lvextend result in error:
Extending logical volume LogVol00 to 1.00 GB
device-mapper: reload ioctl failed: Invalid argument
Failed to suspend LogVol00
